The discounted hotel reservation deadline was January 31, 2013. Rooms and rates are now subject to availability.

All fees are in USD and DO NOT INCLUDE state and local sales taxes, and city occupancy taxes. No portion of the room rate is credited to AMCA.
Reservations can be made online or by calling 1-800-825-8888. When calling, you MUST reference the AMCA Annual meeting to secure the discounted rate.
Reservation Guidelines
- A first night, non-refundable, room deposit will be charged upon making your reservation.
- Should you cancel your reservation at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date, you will receive back your entire first night room deposit.
- Checks and major credit cards are acceptable to establish payment.
- Hotel Check-In is 4:00 PM; Hotel Check-Out is 12:00 PM. Departures after 6:00 pm will be charged an additional night’s room rate.
- Hotel and all guest rooms are smoke free.
- Breakfast is not included in the room rate.
