AMCA Affiliate Membership
Collaborating to Advance Public and Environmental Health
The American Mosquito Control Association’s Affiliate Membership was created for organizations that share AMCA’s commitment to protecting public and environmental health but may not fit within our traditional membership structure.
Whether your organization works in vector management, invasive species management, public health, research, education, agriculture, or another related field, Affiliate Membership provides opportunities to collaborate with AMCA, expand professional connections, access valuable member benefits, and participate in AMCA’s growing portfolio of member-only programs.
As AMCA continues to develop new educational resources, technical initiatives, and member programs, Affiliate Membership creates a pathway for mission-aligned organizations to engage with the Association while preserving the governance structure and organizational benefits of Sustaining Membership.
Is Affiliate Membership Right for Your Organization?
Affiliate Membership may be a good fit if your organization:
- Supports public or environmental health;
- Works in mosquito control, vector management, invasive species management, agriculture, research, education, or a related field;
- Values collaboration, education, and the exchange of knowledge;
- Wants access to AMCA’s growing portfolio of member-only programs and resources; and
- Shares AMCA’s mission, vision, and values.
To ensure Affiliate Membership remains aligned with the Association’s mission and strategic priorities, all applications are reviewed and approved by the AMCA Board of Directors.

Affiliate Membership provides your organization with access to many of the same professional resources enjoyed by individual AMCA members, along with organizational benefits designed to support collaboration and engagement.
Your Affiliate Membership includes:
- One organizational membership account
- Member pricing for the AMCA Annual Meeting and Washington Conference
- Live webinars and the AMCA Training Hub, including webinar archives
- Full access to the Journal of the American Mosquito Control Association (JAMCA) and journal archives
- Member communications, including the Biweekly News Brief, Quarterly Newsletter, and Wing Beats
- Access to member-only website resources and online community
- Basic participation in designated AMCA member-only programs, including the basic level of the UAS/Dronge Program
- Opportunities to collaborate with AMCA members and subject matter experts
- Access to new member programs and initiatives as they are developed
Featured Member Program
Affiliate Members receive basic participation in the AMCA UAS/Drone Program, providing access to one of the nation’s leading professional resources supporting the safe, legal, and responsible use of unmanned aircraft systems in mosquito and vector control.
As AMCA continues developing new member programs and services, additional opportunities will be made available to Affiliate Members in accordance with applicable program policies.

Application Process
Affiliate Membership applications are accepted throughout the year.
To apply:
- Complete the Affiliate Membership Application.
- AMCA staff will review your submission for completeness.
- The application will be presented to the AMCA Board of Directors for consideration.
- Once approved, your organization will receive onboarding information and immediate access to Affiliate Membership benefits.
Because Affiliate Membership is intended for organizations that align with AMCA’s mission and strategic priorities, all applications require Board approval.
